1- Gather all the necessary supplies, including a vial of Selank, bacteriostatic water, and a syringe.

3- Remove the protective cap from the vial of Selank.
4- Wipe the rubber stopper on the vial with an alcohol swab.
5- Draw up the appropriate amount of bacteriostatic water into the syringe.
6- Insert the needle into the rubber stopper of the vial and inject the bacteriostatic water, letting it run down the inside of the vial.
7- Gently swirl the vial to mix the solution. Do not shake vigorously.
